Interested in learning about Japanese culture for business before the trip?
But no time for one day training ?
I make it a concise, 30 min Dinner Talk for busy executives.
A group of 14 institutional investors were going to Japan for 4 days, intensive business trip, filled with meetings, organised by AXA Investment managers.
As requested, I delivered my 30 min talk in between three course meals at the venue they organised. Off-site, relaxing, good service, good facility.
At the dinner talk, my talk itself is 30min but usually the entire evening becomes interactive with Q & A and it becomes such an effective teaching/ learning experience and valuable team building.
30 min can help to make a deal.
We get very busy with preparation before our international business trip, a lot to be organised, for the meetings there as well as for the time of absence in the office etc. Learning about the cultural insight of the counter party tend to become less priority, although it should be the high priority. However, If you had to spare ONE FULL day for training, it could bring more stress in such intensively busy period.
Before business meetings with the Japanese, especially for smart business leaders, a concise 30 min introduction talk/presentation would suffice to make their initial meetings a success.
What does the participants gain?
The participants will uncover the deep rooted Japanese values and can make their own communication strategy. They can avoid "unfamiliar""unknown" "awkward" situations that could kill your business opportunities.
The awareness & confidence are the key success factor, also for your personal peace of mind.
Follow up is important
After the meetings, follow up is often the most challenging part for my clients and I get together again with my clients and get feedbacks. Advisory service in every step and further training is available to help my clients to achieve their goal.
My service is available in the Netherlands, Benelux, across Europe.
