management level as well as operational level, to save time and money and generate profits.
Misunderstanding and conflicts due to cultural differences can be avoided if each individual had more awareness and understanding of people's
habitual behaviours influenced by their cultural value.
However, in real business world, just understanding the culture is not enough.
We need a clear strategy how to deal with it.
