What am I specialised?

 

I have been a bridge between Japan and Europe for 25 years.

Although I have been serving global organisation of different sectors (see Clients & Projects) , I have been mostly involved in IT services & solutions, Technology and Finance.

  1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT : Marketing & Sales strategy
  2. AGILE vs WATERFALL : For the last 7 years, especially bridging the different project management methods between Japan and Europe, between Waterfall with legacy system and Agile.
  3. JOINT VENTURES : Bridging the gap between organisations and bring a win win strategy for solution.
  4. FINDING PARTNERS & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT : Through my extensive network in Japan and Europe, especially Ireland, UK and Holland, I have been successfully closed a deals for my clients.

How do I work?

 

I work exclusively with selected clients/ organisations. As an independent consultant and advisor, I help in two levels.

  1. With the management team & board members:  After the initial intake, I make a proposal. I will deliver  advice to the management team, which consists of business analysis,  current issues and strategic plan as a solution.
  2. With the project team:  I make sure the strategy is implemented by guiding the project team as a mentor and coach.

In this way, not only giving a beautiful document to the management with the solution, but also make sure the operational team will be able to implement the strategy.  

Combining the real business experience and academic study, help you to make the most suitable strategy to deal with cultural differences, improve communication and achieve your goal. 

 

What are the fees?

The first intake is free of charge.

Depends on the cases, it can be based on monthly retainer fees or an hourly/daily charge.
