- To the C-levels and board of directors, consultation & workshops and deliver advice, strategy and plan.
- To make sure the strategy is implemented, I bring down the strategy to the operational level and coach managers and specialists.
Not only solving the current issues but I also help my client to prevent possible problems and issues that may occur due to the cultural differences.
Misunderstanding and conflicts due to cultural differences can be avoided if each individual had more awareness and understanding of people's habitual behaviours influenced by their cultural value.
Learning should be fun as well. I organise Japanese cultural team building session as well.
